Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products and advanced purchasing/preparation:

Orders canceled 72+ hours in advance may receive a partial refund (minus any costs already incurred), or full credit toward a future order.
Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery time are non-refundable.

Same-Day / Missed Orders
If an order is missed, picked up late, or the incorrect date was selected:

The order is non-refundable
We are not responsible for missed pickups or incorrect dates submitted at checkout

Rescheduling
Requests made 72+ hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge (subject to availability)
Requests within 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee

Tips / Gratuity
Gratuity is optional and intended for service.

If an order is canceled or missed, gratuity may be refunded or applied as a credit toward a future order.
