Every board is arranged by hand with salami roses, rivers of cured meats, cheeses cut and fanned, fresh fruit, and edible flowers, so it arrives looking as good as it tastes.

Corey Riser and Brie Grant have more than 30 years in hospitality between them, including 13 years working side by side behind the bar. After a few slow years bartending, they turned a shared dream into Bat City Boards. We are licensed and insured, and everything is prepared in a commissary kitchen.

What size charcuterie board do I need?
A medium board serves 6–12 guests, a large 12–18, an extra-large 18–25 and a 3-foot grazing board 30–50. Tell us whether the board is the main food or an appetizer, and we will recommend the right size.
How far in advance should I order a board?
Please order at least 3 days ahead. Orders placed within 3 days of your event are considered last-minute; we will fit them in when we can, and pricing may vary with timing and complexity.
Do you make charcuterie for larger events?
Yes. For big groups, consider a 3-foot grazing board, a grazing table, or our staffed mobile charcuterie cart.
