Made to make a statement

What Is a Grazing Table?

Think of a grazing table as a charcuterie board the size of a table. Instead of passed appetizers or a buffet line, guests mingle and graze at their own pace, and the spread becomes the backdrop of the party.

Our grazing tables are built on-site, piece by piece. Our biggest so far fed 250 guests at ZACH Theatre, set up in just one hour.

Why Bat City Boards

Grazing Tables From Austin Hospitality Pros

Corey Riser and Brie Grant have more than 30 years in hospitality between them, including 13 years working side by side behind the bar. After a few slow years bartending, they turned a shared dream into Bat City Boards. We are licensed and insured, and everything is prepared in a commissary kitchen.

We have built grazing tables for ZACH Theatre, Zadok Jewelers, Cuvée Coffee’s grand opening at The Code, and private events across Austin. Our clients also include the Paramount Theatre, ACL Live, Visit Austin and TED Talk events.

“Brie and Corey hooked us up with an incredible spread today. Want an exceptional charcuterie? Look no further.”
